Forum Box is an art gallery that aims to be a space open for all forms of art.
We present contemporary artists, both Finnish and international, established and emerging.
We organise each month an art exhibition plus several live arts events – meetings with the artists exhibiting, performance art, concerts, theatre and dance performances.

Gallery Forum Box is partially accessible. There is a 10 cm threshold between the street and the gallery door. We have a ramp that can be used – please ring the doorbell on the right or call 050 524 1781, if needed. There is no induction loop system available in the gallery. The restroom is gender-neutral. Unfortunately, the restroom is not physically accessible. There are four steps (two up, two down) leading to the restroom. The restroom has a potty and a baby changing station in the closet under the sink. The toilet is equipped with armrests. Two exhibition spaces (Permanto and Monttu) located in the street level are accessible. There are eight steps to the Parvi exhibition space and three steps to the media art space Mediabox. The video work on view at Mediabox can also be watched on an iPad. Forum Box offers chairs for resting. Warming up baby food is possible. Guide dogs and friendly dogs are welcome to the gallery. The exhibition texts are available in Finnish and English. Our staff is happy to help and answer questions concerning our accessibility!
