SIC
SIC is a contemporary art space in Helsinki that has been running since 2012. It’s run by Musta Saukko ry, an association of professional artists. In autumn 2022, SIC opened a new exhibition space at the old Malmi train station. Before that, the gallery was in the L3 warehouse in Jätkäsaari (2012–18) and in a former printing house in Kannelmäki (2019–21).
The space is built around organizing high-quality exhibitions and supporting and promoting artists’ work. SIC’s goal is to grow interest in contemporary art and help artists build national and international networks.

Friday: 14:00 – 18:00, Saturday: 12:00 – 16:00 & Sunday 12:00 – 16:00
SIC is accessible through the main entrance. There is an elevator access at the southern end of the train platform. The toilet is not spacious enough to meet accessibility standards.
